important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel
your reservation,
please call us at least 14 (Fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a
cheerful refund of your deposit less a $35 processing fee. If
you have booked online, and CANCEL
your reservation, we must charge a $45 processing fee to cover our booking
agent fee.
- In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than Fourteen (14) days
notice, we must ask that you take responsibility for your entire reservation.
- There are no refunds for single night stays.
- If you shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must
ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
- Any and all "no shows" will be charged for their full reservation.
- Inclement weather, Plane or Travel delays that are out of our control are
expected to be responsible for the entire reservation.

Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and
for some special requests.
Room rates are based on single/double occupancy.
Please add $25 per additional person.
Rates are subject to 5% Maine Sales Tax and 2 % Maine Accommodations Tax,
totaling 7%.
