important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel
your reservation, please call us at least 14 (Fourteen) days prior to your
arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $28 processing fee. If
you have booked online, we must charge a $38 processing fee to cover our booking
agent fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than Fourteen (14) days
notice, a one night's stay will be charged. In the more unlikely event you must
cancel within 7 days notice from your arrival date, please understand we must
ask you to take responsibility for 1/2 of your reservation. If you cancel within
48 hrs., we must ask that you pay for your entire reservation. If you shorten
your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take
responsibility for your entire reservation. Any and all "no shows" will be
charged for their full reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and
for some special requests.
Room rates are based on single/double occupancy.
Please add $20 per additional person.
Rates are subject to 5% Maine Sales Tax and 2 % Maine Accommodations Tax,
totaling 7%.
